Within 14 days of purchase

ITEMS UNWORN, UNWASHED, FREE OF PET HAIR, DEODORANT, MAKE UP, ALTERATIONS AND SCENT.   

                                                                                       

What are my refund options?

• Free Return for Online Store Credit = ITEMS POSTMARKED BY 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY. Items returned within this timeframe will be awarded store credit for the total amount of the purchase before original shipping costs. This amount will be sent to you as a gift card via email. This gift card is for online purchases only. It is not usable in the Uptown Oxford shop. 
• Return to original form of payment less shipping costs = ITEMS POSTMARKED BY 14 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE qualify for a refund to your original form of payment less shipping charges. Shipping charges will be deducted from your return amount.
• Online returns can not be returned for store credit in the Uptown Oxford store. Online returns receiving a gift card can be used online only.
